Pick Your Own

Land’s Sake invites you to connect to the land by picking your own vegetables, berries, flowers and herbs at our farm.

Hours: Land's Sake Farm is open Tuesday–Sunday, 10am–6pm, June 1 through October 31, including weekends and holidays.

How it works: Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherry tomatoes, peas and beans are sold per pint or quart. Herbs are sold per pound. Flowers are sold per blossom at .25 cents each. Sunflowers and larger blossoms are approximately $1 each. Containers, scissors, rubber bands, newspaper and water are provided. Please check the Pick-Your-Own board at the farm stand for specific instructions or ask a staff member.

Availability: Please call our Farm Stand Info line, 781-609-2456, for a daily recording of what is available. The message is updated daily by 8am. Pick Your Own crops are evaluated daily and made available at the discretion of the farm manager based on crop conditions and weather. As a rule, fields must be dry to pick berries as wet conditions can spread plant diseases. Because we are a small-scale farm committed to growing a diversified number of crops on modestly sized fields, our availability can be limited. Also, we do not use chemicals or sprays in order to keep our fields, food and customers healthy.

Picking limits: Sometimes limits are placed on the amount that may be picked per day, per picker. This is to better manage crop health and availability. Thank you for your understanding and please respect these limits.
