Community Forestry Walk: Keeping Our Forests Healthy

  • Book Talk: 11:30am-12:30pm, Land’s Sake Farmstand (90 Wellesley St., Weston

 

Join Land’s Sake founder Brian Donahue, Weston Conservation Administrator Jordan McCarron, and Land’s Sake Forestry staff for a walk to learn about our forest management practices and how we care for the forest to keep the trees, wildlife, water, and soil healthy.

After the walk, join us at the Farmstand for snacks and a warm drink, to hear Brian’s discuss his new book Slow Wood: Greener Building from Local Forests and possibly purchase a signed copy. All are welcome!
