It’s time for La Dolce Vita at Land’s Sake Farm! As a veteran restaurant pastry chef, Amy Snyder has made more tiramisu, biscotti and gelato than some would think advisable! So, even if you can’t travel to Italy right now, she’ll teach you to bake like you’re already there. Come spend a fun afternoon at LSF learning to prepare a selection of Chef Snyder’s favorite classic Italian recipes, including crunchy biscotti., perfectly delicious cakes, cremas and more, featuring LSF products with Italian flavors and warmth. Student will take home a packet of foolproof recipes, samples, techniques, tips and tricks for making your life a little sweeter. Bring an apron, wear comfortable clothes and be ready for fun.
