Open Farmyard returns Sunday, June 2, 2024.
Program runs Wednesdays (3-5pm) and Sundays (9:30-11:30am), June 2 - October 30.
Join Land’s Sake farm educators for free weekly drop-in activities, geared for ages 2.5-7. Programs include stories, picking and planting in the Education Garden, exploring the chicken coop and more. Activities are geared for small children with caregivers, but children of all ages are welcome. Come for one activity, or stay for the full two hours! A schedule is posted near the parking lot at the beginning of each session. Sign-up is encouraged, but not required.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Weston Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.

3:00 - 3:15: Water the Education Garden
3:15 - 3:30: Visit the Chickens
3:30 - 3:45: Planting project
3:45 - 4:00: Harvest & taste vegetables
4:10 - 4:20: Bunny circle
4:20 - 4:30: Feed the rabbits
4:30 - 4:45: Visit the goats
4:45 - 5:00: Craft project
