Two dinners will be held: Wednesday, June 11 and Thursday, June 12 from 5:30-9pm. If the night of your choice is sold out, you may add your name to the waitlist and you will be contacted if tickets become available.

This year, Chef Keith Sarasin, founder of the Farmer's Dinner will helm both Summer Solstice dinners at Land's Sake Farm. Keith is an acclaimed chef, author, speaker, and restaurateur whose culinary journey blends a passion for storytelling with a deep commitment to sustainable agriculture. A champion of local food systems, Keith’s work has preserved over 500 acres of farmland and fostered partnerships with more than 30 farms across New England.
Chef Sarasin will prepare two inspired menus, one for each night of Solstice, featuring a selection of creative passed appetizers and a bountiful family-style dinner complete with freshly baked bread and mixed green salad.

- Chili Lime Glazed Chicken Thighs with fermented chili, charred scallions, and farm herbs
- Smoked & Braised Beef with Caramelized Onion, wine reduction, fresh herbs, and crispy shallots

- Mushroom & Herb Spaetzle with brown butter, farm herbs, and shaved parmesan

Solstice Dinners raise crucial funds for the farm through ticket sales, business sponsorships, and donation pledge cards. These popular events sell out to 130 guests each night, providing a high-visibility platform for sponsors and an excellent opportunity to share your values with our community.
