Help us harvest rocks from the field to ensure the survival of our farm equipment, and get creative with painting a rock to take home or decorate the farm!
Herb Garden Perennial Pollinator Project
Get your hands dirty and help us mulch the newly revamped herb and perennial pollinator garden at the front of the farm. We have saved some old plants and added new varieties to encourage pollinator visits and education, while beautifying our favorite spot on the farm. Thanks to W.P.P.A. for visiting to teach more about how you can help pollinators in your own backyard!

Swing by the table talking all things Trees! Our Forestry Manager will be onsite to explain how we at Land’s Sake help encourage the health of forests right here in Weston, by tree felling, cutting firewood & boiling our liquid gold maple syrup. Learn about the history of the trees on our farm which were planted decades ago by the Arnold Arboretum and Marion Case. T.A.G. will be here to discuss the important maintenance of trees and celebrate the new ones planted! Also connect with the W.F.T.A. to learn more about exploring all of the trails in Weston!

We will also have opportunities for people to sign up for volunteer work, and learn how to help more!

This 40 acre masterplan focuses on increasing efficiency, reducing reliance on neighbors, and creating a more sustainable farming model with the goal of better serving the community. Learn how you can help and double the impact of your donation!

DETAILS COMING SOON!
Food & Land Lovers of all ages Welcome:
Join us at Land’s Sake Farm for the season opening of our beloved farmstand. The celebration will run from 10am – 2pm and the farmstand will remain open until 3pm. Visitors can meet our dedicated farm team to learn more about our hard work and commitment to healthy food & land management year round.
At The Stand:
Veggies available include early spring’s usual suspects, lots of leafy greens, radishes or flavor packed arugula. Mother Nature’s unpredictability may give us some surprises, as is the caveat true for all organic and seasonal farming. In addition to our flavorful produce, we offer an assortment of local treats to tempt your taste buds. A Home-Grown favorite is our maple syrup, tapped from trees here in Weston and boiled down at our Sugar House over the winter – limited availability, get it while it lasts! Stock up on our local raw honey from hives on our farm, another hometown favorite. Other items available include: salsas, specialty fruit jams, spices & baked goods, all locally sourced from New England farms and kitchens. Bread Obsession, and their artisan baked breads will be available at the stand and delivered fresh daily throughout the season, a wholesome addition to our CSA!
Education Garden & Activities
Visit Katrina & explore our Education Garden, where you can learn about all the vegetables, flowers, and herbs that we’ve been growing with our spring programs. We’ll have garden activities for naturalists of all ages, rock painting, animal visits, and farm scavenger hunts.

Join Land’s Sake educators on the farm for weekly drop-in activities including stories, picking and planting in the Education Garden, exploring the chicken coop and more! This is a free program for young children and caregivers. Activities are geared for ages 2.5 through 7, but children of all ages are welcome to participate. Come for one activity or stay for the full two hours! A schedule will be posted near the parking lot at the beginning of each session. (Open Farmyard is weather-dependent and cancellations will be posted on our social media page.) This program is supported in part by a grant from the Weston Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency and is free for all, though we do accept donations. Open farmyard runs Wednesdays 3pm-5pm and Saturdays 9:30am-11:30am from June 7th – October 28th.
Sign up is encouraged, though not required.
